A meeting was held on June 2, 2011 of General Chairmen that are in national handling, International Officers and the Negotiating Committee to review the tentative agreement. The Chairmen voted to approve the agreement for ratification of the membership. Questions may be submitted to the Negioating Committee by June 20 followed by meetings with the Carriers for the agreed to Question and Answers to attach to the agreement.

After this period, there will be meetings held around the county to explain the agreement to members and answer questions. The agreement will then be put out for ratification.
