Decertification appeals

Attached is a notice addressed to Members and Local Chairpersons advising of the method of requesting General Committee handling of decertification appeals. If an employee is decertified and has reason to believe the decertification is improper, he/she may appeal to the FRA for review. If an employee desires to have the General Committee assist in that appeal, the attached letter will explain the process. However, although the General Committee is offering to review and appeal to FRA if warrented, we do not handle the Administrative Hearing Officer level if that becomes necessary.
