In 1958, the attached letter was submitted to the Secretary of BLF&E Lodge 109 in St. Louis, Missouri. It was from Local Chairman J. E. Pace and requested that the lodge pay him his time lost on his freight turn when he layed off to represent a member in an investigation. The amount of time lost for his turn was $45.00. – – Lost wages to Lodge
